Критерии автономных моделей, входящих в систему моделей планирования или прогнозирования развития той или иной сложной экономической системы (в условиях централизованного планирования — вплоть до уровня народного хозяйства в целом, в условиях рыночной экономики — крупных иерархически построенных корпораций). Л.к. должны быть подчинены глобальному критерию. Иначе как бы хорошо ни была решена частная задача, нельзя быть уверенным в том, что она решена правильно не только с позиций данного хозяйственного звена, но и всей системы в целом. С другой стороны, глобальный критерий должен учитывать локальные, частные интересы. Полное согласование глобального и локальных критериев в принципе может быть достигнуто с помощью системы моделей оптимального планирования или рыночного механизма.
